B my guess is SVC — virtualization them all to manage from SVC

Answer is D.
This can be misleading, because it virtualises storage but only on Fibre Channel connect. iSCSI connected cannot be virtualised by SVC engine.
TPC however can manage individual heterogenous storage subsystems..it just can’t virtualise it.
