    D is not the correct answer:

    S({bread, cheese}) = 0,5
    S({bread}) = 0,75
    C({bread} => {cheese}) = 0.5 / 0,75 = 66,66%

    The right answer is A:
    S({bread, milk, cheese}) = 0,25
    S({bread, milk}) = 0,5
    C({bread, milk, cheese} => {bread, milk}) = 0,25 / 0,5 = 50%

    I agree with Brow, the only thing wrong in you explanation is the last line… so it should be like this:

    S({bread, milk, cheese}) = 0,25
    S({bread, milk}) = 0,5
    C({bread, milk} => {cheese}) = 0,25 / 0,5 = 50%
