I initially went for A, but wondered what Pat was. So I looked it up. http://blog.boson.com/bid/53313/NAT-and-PAT-What-s-the-Difference
Short tale:
Nat is a one-to-one mechanism.
Pat is a one-to-many mechanism.
So in hindsight I would go for PAT as it says: all the internal ip addresses need to be made to one single address.

But you better answer A because they haven’t fixed the answer.
