This one is a little misleading, however I have to disagree with Vipul simply because the settings for the Storefront web are not found in the policy but rather in the profile, sorry Vipul. Although HTTPS is a preferred method to access storefront you can force the use of HTTP, so we know that C is incorrect as well.
A. is the correct answer, and as most of you know, when attempting to access Storefront directly from a browser if you don’t use the correct case you do not get to the site. Notice from the NS Help file the use of case:
Web address of the Web Interface server, such as http:///Citrix/XenApp, or Receiver for Web, which enumerates the virtualized resources, such as XenApp, XenDesktop, and cloud applications. This web address is used as the home page in ICA proxy mode.

@Vipul, it’s maybe odd but URL’s can be case sensitive! Maybe not in a Windows/IIS world, but certainly in a Linux/Unix world on which a Netscaler is running (FreeBSD).
To be clear, answer A is correct:
The URL is case-sensitive (100% sure)
