    easy to anderstand with the phone boot process
    – phone get PoE
    – CDP tells VLAN
    – Contacting DHCP with Option 150 (tftp)

    the debugs shows that thephone is asking for his configuration and firmware files, if we wait longer we would see that it could not load the files : )
    so the question is:
    – do i have the firmware in the flash? firmware must be in the flash, filename must be the same in the tftp-serve rcommand (answer F)
    – did i configure the files so it can be rerieved? tftp-server flash:/filename filename (answer D)
    – did i announce the firmware load? telephony service | load 7965 filename
