   172.29.0.0/30 is the only route where RD < FD
   In 10.19.0.0/24 RD = FD therefore this route cannot become a feasible successor, and we can see it only because "all-links" in a topology command

      In 10.19.0.0/24
      RD = 156160
      FD = 155160
      So 10.19.0.0/24 is FS too.
