    Answer D is not correct, because both interfaces must NOT be on the same VLAN. Look at Steven Sheltons Response to Question 59. He is right, I have test it at home LAB.

    Answer C seems to be the best answer.

    In switchport mode access, the port automatically turns off DTP and doesnt send DTP frames anymore.

    In switchport mode access the port still responds to DTP frames from ports that are in Dynamic desirable state, but in this scenario both sides are in access mode and no trunk will be formed.

    If you use the Nonegotiate command, the port will not respond to the DTP queries from other connected ports in dynamic desirable mode. A Port in dynamic desirable mode will actively look to form the trunk but if there is no response then it fall back to access mode.
