I don’t see “improved user experience of public cloud services” as a primary value prop. I would defer this to the “ability to leverage installed Cisco ISR G2”
I can see why the improved cloud services is an advantage, because IWAN allows you to light up DIA circuits at each site and go securely to the cloud, faster. But, Hybrid WAN is not one of the primary pillars of IWAN. So, a customer might not be using any DIA circuits. In which case the cloud services wouldn’t have been affected.
Just my thoughts. Curious to hear others’
