    The correct answer is D. Incompatible Encapsulation. The IP addresses in this particular illustration are correct. There are other similar questions where the illustration shows a different IP address for Brevard

      Someone needs to hit the books with a sledgehammer.

      Links between routers have belong to the same subnet or they won’t communicate.
      So S0 in Atlanta has 192.168.10.1/24 and S1 in Brevard has 192.168.10.2/24. They are valid addresses in the same subnet, so no issue there.

      The links have different encapsulation methods that, as we all should know, prevent communication.

      Therefore, D.
