The peer Server has not been properly synchronized. Manually synchronize both Servers again.

The peer Server is more up-to-date. Manually synchronize both Servers again.

The active SmartCenter Server and its peer have different Security Policies and databases. Manually synchronize the Servers, and decide which Server’s configuration to overwrite.
