there are two types of Power over ethernet. POE (IEEE 802.3af-2003), and POE+ ( IEEE 802.3at-2009). source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power_over_Ethernet.
answer A. 3200 No, 3000 series dont support POE nor POE+. source : http://www.arubanetworks.com/products/networking/controllers/
answer B. 620 NO, 620 Support POE+. source : http://www.arubanetworks.com/pdf/products/DS_A620.pdf
