    Hi,

I came across into this question but why the answer is not “D”?

this policy “user network 10.1.1.0 255.255.255.0 any permit”
is before than “user any any permit”
but everywhere says that the answer is “C”.

    What do you think?
    Why I am wrong?

    Thanks for sharing your idea.
