The answer is actually C. If you look at the link Juanan posted above and scroll to the bottom you’ll see the following text “You can also use the Section header form field to split form pages in sections with separate headings and the Text form field to add read-only informational texts.”
The question is asking about adding descriptive text. Therefore C is the correct answer as B will give you a text field which will have values associated with it.
