Refer to the Exhibit.
An administrator is reviewing a vSphere Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS) enabled Cluster and observes unexpected behavior as shown in the Exhibit.
What are three potential causes of the cluster imbalance? (Choose three.)

A.
A local device is mounted to one or more virtual machines.
B.
DRS rules prevent virtual machines from being moved.
C.
vMotion is not configured and enabled.
D.
There are insufficient cluster resources to perform the migration.
E.
DRS has been configured for a conservative migration threshold.
Can someone confirm whether correct answer is ABC? It seems to me that it should be ABE for two reasons. (1) the screenshot shows 124 vMotions have already occurred, so I would think C is not correct; and (2) with only 2 hosts (as shown in the pic) a conservative DRS threshold would allow an imbalance as shown.

Agree with twijason. From the pic I also see that EVC is enabled for the cluster

A,B, E

Not C, because the picture shows that vMotion is up and running
Not D, because the picture shows that there are clearly enough host memory and host CPU resources.
The link also states:
“The migration threshold is too high.
A higher threshold makes the cluster a more likely candidate for load imbalance.”
which makes ‘E’ valid

ABC is possible because there is no vmotion network configured or vmotion is disabled for specific VM’s.
You cannot see that in de picture, because it doesn’t display information about vmotion.
You can enable EVC without a vmotion network in place.
So ABC is possible, ABE makes also sense to me…

Think the key words are: “observes unexpected behavior”, if DRS has been configured for a conservative migration threshold than it is not unexpected behavior, so i will go for ABC

I would say A, B, & D
A) If there is a local device in one vm the DRS will not work
https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/5.5/com.vmware.vsphere.troubleshooting.doc/GUID-0C132C85-E7BF-445E-925D-31420A06B01C.html
B) No doubt
D) Memory could be a problem, as we dont know if both hosts have the same memory
Not C as we see vmotion has taken place
Not E as conservative is the contrary to aggresive
