How can a vSphere administrator ensure that a set of virtual machines run on different hosts in a DRS cluster?

A.
Use a VM-Host affinity rule.
B.
Add the VMs to a vApp.
C.
Use a VM-VM affinity rule.
D.
Place the VMs in different folders.
Explanation:
A VM-VM affinity rule specifies whether selected individual virtual machines should run on the same host or be
kept on separate hosts. This type of rule is used to create affinity or anti-affinity between individual virtual
machines that you select.

Option A seems more correct .. Since Vm affinity denotes a positive affinity .. VM to VM ANTI AFFINITY would be the correct term to have used or is this what the examiners really wanted? In which case the correct answer is indeed A

To clarify, VM-Host Affinity would not be useful for example in a 3 host scenario, where you place the 2 hosts in 2 different hosts. But DRS may put the VMs together if the hosts they are on become busy.
In a VM-VM “Affinity Rule”, you can set it so that the VMs will always be placed in different hosts aka anti-affinity.
