I would go with A as well:
“A DRS cluster has certain shared storage requirements. Ensure that the managed hosts use shared storage. Shared storage is typically on a SAN, but can also be implemented using NAS shared storage.”

after all, A seems the best answer but the “only” is ticking me. “hosts with “only” shared storage”. why “only” ? i mean those hosts could have indiviual/local storage as well, important of course is that vm’s to load balance via DRS are running on the same shared storage. confusing answer.
