For starters we are talking about vra 7+ not 6, another thing we are talking about normal working not troubleshooting. Deploy vrealize busines appliance first. Normal steps dont require doing anything on IaaS.

The answer is D. You must first deploy the vRealize Business appliance, and register it with vRA. Then, on vRA appliance you must add users to the relevant role. Once that is done, the Business Management tab will appear in vRA.
