Your network contains an Active Directory forest named contoso.com. The forest contains two member servers named Server1 and Server2. Server1 and Server2 have the DNS Server server role installed.
Server1 hosts a standard primary zone for contoso.com. Server2 is configured as a secondary name server for contoso.com.

You verify that both copies of the zone have the same serial number.
You need to transfer a complete copy of the zone from Server1 to Server2.

Where did you guys get stub zones from?
this is secondary zone?

Yep, server1 is a primary zone for contoso.com, server2 is a secondary name server. The last zone transfer must have been corrupted, as the serial numbers are the same but the zone information on the secondary zone is incorrect. To fix, you have to replace the zone completely to make sure all data is correctly transferred, by transferring a new copy from master. Stub zones are not mentioned anywhere so are irrelevant to this question, so the technet article isn’t relevant

The serial numbers are the same because the zone in the secondary server is already up to date.

Reload
This operation reloads the secondary zone from local storage.
Transfer From Master The server hosting the local secondary zone determines whether the serial number in the secondary zone’s SOA resource record has expired and then pulls a zone transfer from the master server.
Reload From Master This operation performs a zone transfer from the secondary zone’s master server regardless of the serial number in the seconadry zone’s SOA resource record.
Reload and Reload from master are different
I can see Transfer from Master menu option on the internet but where is the transfer a new copy option. Any image on the internet ?

Transfer from Master: update the zone data with changes from the master server.
Transfer new copy: transfer a full copy of the zone data from the master server (not only the changes).
The question asks for a complete copy so the answer is E
