okay, what happens if guest link is shared (by mistake etc.) with another person? any people can use guest links and share it with somebody else, its not secure way

Ok, my first thought was C, but I have tested and sent out a link from SharePoint using the “Only with specific people” option to my Gmail address.
When I clicked the link I received a Microsoft SharePoint verification code to verify that I was that “specific people” and that only I should have access to the document.
After that I could see the document.
So D is correct, it works with the link but make sure to choose the correct option before sending it.
C is incorrect because you do not need a Microsoft account for this – like I said earlier, I used Gmail.

Dear deles, it’s incorrect that you imply that your gmail.com account isn’t a Microsoft account. Because, you can add a Microsoft account to an existing emailaddress. It doesn’t have to be an @outlook.com account, but can also be @gmail.com or @yahoo.com etcetera.
So, C is the correct answer here!!! De is not correct because of the guest link. The question states that you want to “prevent others from accessing the content”, but with a guest link you have no influence over that link. Anybody could get this link from one of the people you sent it to. D is definitely wrong.

I believe the correct answer is B, because it’s the only one which can be configured to prevent forwarding/sharing the information with other people. Since it’s browser based and you can configure it to block forwarding the mail, copying text, etc. Also, sending by mail is also a way to share data.
