    This question gives me a headache , why state that u add one printer in the question , and then list adding 2 printers in the answers ,,,,,,,,, now it sounds like 3 printers , and then in the end it wasnt even neccesary to add more than 1 printer in the 1st place ,,,,,,,,, since u can use the 1 printer for both departments and configure it with priority and security to accomplish the task…… wtf

      The answer is correct:

      A “printer” is not the same as a “Print Device” – the term is used loosely.

      In a normal home environment, you would have 1 Print Device and 1 Printer (think of it as hardware and software).

      In the above scenario, there is 1 Print Device that is shared between 2 departments. Each department would add a Printer (making 2 “Printers”). Both “Printers” would point to the same “Print Device”.

      So, in order to set up access rights and priorities, you would configure the security settings of each printer.
