    Actually, none of the answers is correct.

    A can defer some major updates, but doesn’t impact standard updates at all.
    B only applies to updates for applications, not for the OS.
    C allows the computer to download updates from other computers on the network or on the Internet, and to share them for others to download.
    D Allows you to configure some options which are not related to asking the user to restart.

    This is for version 1607 (anniversay update), I don’t know if it was different before but I don’t think so.
