I’m going to stick with no here. Using Backup and Restore won’t make them appear in the Previous Versions tab, which was the requirement.

you can enable the Previous Versions feature on Windows 10, which uses the Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) to generate local shadow copies, and then you can restore previous versions of files and folders within seconds.
