    Should be B
The ability to execute the app suggests that the Share Permissions are only set to ‘read’. To edit the file you need ‘Write’ on NTFS level and ‘Change’ on Share level.

If the share permission is set to read only, the users would not be able to make changes to the documents like they should be able to based on what their NTFS permissions are set to.

This one is not NTFS since access rights for editing files was already set on NTFS and still the users from Group 2 was not able to edit the files. This means that there is more restrictive access on shares permission that limits the users from Group2. Admin needs to allow write access on share permission for group2 to edit the file.
