In order to make DC4 and DC1 the only two servers to replicate, designate the server that has more than one DC in their site as the bridgehead server. The exhibit is needed in this example to show which should be set; I believe DC4 was the only DC in the second site, and the first had DC1, DC2 and DC3. Therefore, designate DC1 as a preferred bridgehead server.
