    Depending on how many computers you need to install the app through side-loading..
    Since the client PCs are joined to domain, I’d prefer to create a certificate to the app and use applocker with certificate rule.

    “…is not available in Windows Store.” means you’ve to use side-loading to install the app. Can’t use MS account since the app isn’t available on windows app store.
