Answer is A, as the Forest and Domain levels are all okay to accept a 2012 server https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/understanding-active-directory-functional-levels(v=ws.10).aspx
B and C are pointless as they both refer to dcpromo.exe which is deprecated in 2012. D is referring to joining the domain as a member server.

It’s A. Adprep runs as necessary with Server 2012r2. It doesn’t have to be ran separately.
