    This is unanswerable without knowing if DirSync or ADConnect are in use; anyway:

    A would modify the primary email address, so no (also, that’s the wrong attribute, you should modify ProxyAddresses).
    B is wrong because Set-Mailbox is not part of the Azure Active Directory Module, but of Exchange PowerShell.
    C is completely unrelated.
    D would work if DirSync or ADConnect are not in use.

    The only viable option is D.

    But why in the world is this question part of a Windows 10 exam?!?

    Jonh, “The following command sets a user’s primary email address from the current address to the desired address”. It will not add email address. I believe the only logical answer is D.
