Why a NO for User2 can print… i don’t get it?
I see no user2 mentioned in the question.

Because user 2 isn’t listed in permissions, nor is any other group that would imply user2 has permission.

Am I right in saying that user in group 1 can print at any time? If they send a print job outside of the allocated time the jobs will remain in the queue and printed in the allocated time?

Ryan — I believe the wording of the question is the trick. Users in Group1 can _submit jobs_ at any time, and they will sit queued on the printer until the available time arrives. But they can’t actually _print_ outside that time.
I think this is the case because there is another question that asks about whether users can “submit jobs” at such-and-such a time. The answer is always Yes, because they can submit jobs until the cows come home — but if the printer is paused, or if it’s outside the available time, those jobs won’t be printed.

User2 is not listed, we assume is part of the everyone group due the lack of specified memberships.
Is not part of the authorized users.
