Good answer is D … According to me the maximum number of clients that can be managed by a stand-alone primary site is 50.000, or 100.000 if site server and sql db are on two different servers. So the answer should be D, in my opinion.
You agree ?

Sorry, but for SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 it´s C “Standalone Primary Site” because it can manage up to 150000 computers:
Look for “Stand-alone primary site, with a local site database, or a remote site database” in https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg682077.aspx#BKMK_SupConfigClientsperMP
