    My opinion is that this question is testing your understanding of the new functionality of dynamic quorum added to failover clustering in 2012 (and also R2 obviously)

    As the scenario suggests you are an administrator for a company that has implemented failover cluster in a 2 node scenario. I’m not sure they would be pleased to discover you have effectively given the cluster a single point of failure with a
    “No Majority: Disk only” quorum!!!

    We can assume that the cluster is not a test environment as this is not indicated and the MS recommendation is to only use “No Majority: Disk only” quorum in a test environment

    Dynamic quorum will not work against “No Majority: Disk only” quorum selection (It will work in either of the other three modes)

    Dynamic quorum will allow the cluster to remain running with only 1 node active in a “Last man standing” scenario

    Dynamic quorum is enabled by default
