      Exhibit shows that the server is workgroup computer. Question actually doesn’t state if the server connected to the network or not. Server on Workgroup can be managed from another server as long as there is a network connection.

      wrong, I just installed a fresh Servercore and its listed as in a workgroup (which is default behavior anyway).
      You cant join a domain without an IP address first so answer is clearly H
