I would say D is not right. A periodic journal can contain several lines. When these lines are retrieved, the voucher number sequence in the daily journal will be used.
You can only modify the account type in periodic journals (it is possible to edit the periodic journal), once a journal voucher template is saved it cannot be modified (the template) anymore, so I would say C.
