Solamente dentro de “local intranet zone” por defecto el “pop-up blocker” esta apagado
En las “trusted sites zone” el “pop-up blocker” esta activo y bloquearía cualquier pop-up

Trusted Sites zone is correct because the domain is external, therefore “local internet” wouldn’t apply. Local Internet also enables all active content and we’re only trying to allow popups in this example.
