    Answer is NO but original explanation is wrong.
    In the pointed place we can see: RID, PDC and Infrastructure masters. No schema master is presented there.
    In question is NOT pointed that the searched one should be forest FSMO.

      Not sure why they would need to specify that for the question to be valid.
      Schema Master & Domain Naming Master are the two Forest roles.
      Explanation appears to be valid.
