    The provided link is only for Getting data from Power BI Service (using the downloaded SSAS OLE DB driver), there is no such Pin the table or no such Power BI tab in Excel.

    Also, the article mentioned in this section: Saving and sharing your new workbook

    However, you cannot publish or import the workbook back into Power BI

    The only answer that is closer to the answer is using “Get Data” to import the file to Power BI service first.

    So, the answer is A
