    Hi Cindy,

This is one of those tricky questions where you have to read the fine print. D is the correct answer.

“ii. Force all guests to go to a front desk and sign out before entering the environment.”

    – Notice the use of ‘sign out’ rather than ‘sign in’

“iii. Reduce the number of entry points even further after hours or during the weekend, when many employees are around.”

    – Notice the last part of the sentence: ‘when many employees are around’. Should be when ‘not many employees’. If there are many employees, restriciting entry points would be a business indherence.

This is one of those questions that makes it imperative that once you are done answering all questions on the exam “DO NOT PRESS SUBMIT”. Go back thru and re-read every question and your answer. The premise is, you have already answered all of the questions, there is no harm in spending the rest of your time reviewing the answers. The worse that can happen is that you run out of time before you can review them all, but at least you answered them all.

    Good luck!
