It sends a notification to the user logged into the system that the system will reboot.

It sends a notification to the user logged into the system to check if the systems is in need
of a reboot.

At the end of the action, the IBM Tivoli Endpoint Manager (TEM) client checks if the
system is in a pending restart state. If yes, the agent restarts the system

At the end of the action, the TEM client checks if the system is in a pending restart state.
If yes, the client reports back with Pending Restart.
