   I think that righ answer is C

   A document assembly feature enables operators to assemble documents from individual pages that were not segregated at scan time, and then classify them by assigning them to a document type. The document assembly operator selects those pages that belong together and then assigns them to a corresponding document type. IndexPlus moves these pages into a new document, and can then optionally assign an index family if so configured.
