   avmaint config is a command to examine and change many different configuration
   parameters on the Avamar server. During an Add Node procedure, you are likely to use it to
   change the balancemin value. This value determines to what extent dynamic load balancing
   takes place. A value of 0 disables load balancing. A value of 1 transfers only index stripes. Any
   other value sets the percentage threshold at which balancing begins. For example, a value of
   2 means that balancing occurs if a node is 0.2% less dense than the average density of the
   other nodes. It is reset to a value of 10 during regular Avamar maintenance.
