    The router is using per-packet load balancing (per-flow is the default for Cisco). You can tell because the first four flows have the exact same source/destination IP address and port number. If this were per-flow load-balancing, all of these would be going over the same interface and would be considered one ‘flow’ which would help prevent asymmetric routing and out-of-order packets, delay/jitter for a single data flow.
