  1. Marek says:

    Use a command;
    R1#show ip eigrp topology

    Find a prefix you are interested in. This case 192.168.46.0, looking like this;
    P 192.168.46.0/24, 1 successors, FD is 123456
    via 192.168.32.2 (1234567/12345), Ethernet0/1

    Question is about the advertised distance (AD) or reported distance(RD), therms are synonymous. That is a second number in parentheses, 12345 in this case.

  2. tlnetworkguru says:

    Yes, Marek is right. The administrative distance is the 2nd number. The first number is the total patch cost. For this question, 1810944 is wrong, the answer should be 333056.

    1. Sylvester says:

      1810944 is wrong. That is the feasible distance. Since in the actual exam “show ip eigrp topology” command doesn’t work, you need to go to the next router which is being used as the next hop and do a show ip route. The FD of the 192.168.46.0 will be the AD it will send to R1 i think. Let me know your thoughts!!

  5. cristian says:

    the answer 1810944 is wrong. its asking what is the AD of the route on R1.

    1810944 is R1 FD you need to look in EIGRP topology table and from there you will find the RD

    in the output of the topology table it will be displayed as
    ….
    via …
