I passed during the last week. in my exam, i got this question. there was no Image or anything like “following configuration” it was exactly like above.
I guess this is not needed as three of the answers do not make sense anyways. sort of “this is not how it works in General”
i think the question can also be read as “how is the next-active member Chosen if the currently-active member fails”
i think priority is correct. not sure if there is any lowest/highest IP check in the decision

I passed today with 93/100 in Bucharest/Romania (total of 89 questions).
