Shouldn’t D be a suitable answer too?
OpenLDAP is an alternative to Active Directory
“integrate the appliance into your Active Directory or OpenLDAP infrastructure. ”

D certainly is suitable answer too. Now question is what means by centrally managed login credentials? Active Directory or different Open source solution.

I think that could be TACACS+ as SSO, because with HP One view automatically login on Onboard Administrator and iLO
AD / LDAP are features of authentication to oneview not for OA and iLO. If both appears that’s not the focus of the questions
Radius and Kerberos not apply
HP OneView provides role-based access control (RBAC) and single-sign-on (SSO) to iLO and Onboard
Administrator. All user actions are logged in an audit log. Options for LDAP/AD-based directory services
authentication and authorization are also supported.
