I think the answer is C,D according to the document link provided: “vShield Manager configuration is blocked.” and “If you are using vCenter embedded SSO and you are upgrading vCenter 5.5 to vCenter 6.0, vCenter
might lose connectivity with vShield Manager.” Granted hosts are rebooted but configuration to NSX Manager is NOT blocked and the host is in maintenance mode so no live VMs would be running. My best guest would be C, D. Not sure why NSX Controller would be impacted
