Only A & D can be 100% correct. B and C assume that the NIC is part of a vSwitch with multiple uplinks. This is not specified. In order for the Network Redundancy Degraded alarm trigger, the NIC would need to be part of a team.
Think of a server with only one NIC. There is no redundancy to begin with.
