    I think “D” is more correct, because for “C” to be true, all port groups should be in the same VLAN and there is nothing about it in the question. “D” is always true.

    No, C is correct because there are “Assuming that VLANs are not configured” condition.

    D can not be correct, because there are “Only” at the begining.
