I think “C” is wrong.
The questions is about VNkernel swap files, and there can only be one per host, not about virtual machine swap files.
Therefore answer should be “A”.

answer is correct but wording might be wrong. when vmkernel swaps it uses this VM’s vswp file to pass memory data to disk
