You have a deployment of Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager.
The deployment contains the computers shown in the following table.
Configuration Manager is used to deploy operating system images and Windows updates.
Configuration Manager is integrated with the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
You install the Configuration Manager console on Computer1.
You need to ensure that you can perform all of the management tasks for the deployment of
Configuration Manager from Computer1.
Which two actions should you perform on Computer1? Each correct answer presents part of the
solution.

A.
Run the Configure ConfigMgr Integration tool.
B.
Install the Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (Windows ADK) for Windows 8.1.
C.
Install the WSUS administration console.
D.
Install MDT 2013.
E.
Run the New Deployment Share Wizard.
No, the correct answer in mine opinion is B and C. MDT is already installed (and probably configured to integrate with SCCM) on the site server. You don’t need this for the management console on the client.
What you do need is ADK to manage images, and WSUS to manage updates.

Have you ever tried to open a tasksequense with MDT tasks on a computer where MDT is not intergrated on to the Console?

Actually you need to install MDT and reconfigure the integration on each client computer that you use to manage SCCM (this is client side not server side).
So A and D are the first thing to do.
You will need ADK if you manage Boot Images but only if A and D are already installed and configured.
As for WSUS it’s managed through the SCCM console because SCCM is used for software updates. So there is no need to install the WSUS management console, the SCCM management console is the only thing you need to do so.
