After the MAC address limit is reached, the default is for any incoming packets with a new source MAC address to be forwarded. You can specify that the packets be dropped by including the packet-action drop statement.

I agree with AAA. Any Switch acts in this way, when their MAC table is full, it starts flooding. This is why the hackers are used to do the mac flooding (in fact to overwhelm the Sw MAC table)..
