      (A) does make sense. The RTO determines how fast you can restore after the crash. Using local disk is much faster than remotely stored tapes. So “Type and location of media” is definitely related to RTO.

      Apparently you are all confused as to what is RPO and RTO is.
      This question speaks to RTO, which is what DR uses to define how quickly you can recover.
      RPO is not; This determines how often you want to back up your data or better phasing tolerance to data loss.
